Training and Workshops

I offer a wide range of workshops and trainings for business organizations, managers, professionals, and the general public. Topics that I frequently present include mindfulness, happiness, strengths, positive relationships, fostering engagement and meaning at work, improving openness and tolerance of change and distress, creativity and innovation, self-regulation, anxiety and stress, and positive psychology.

All workshops and trainings will be designed to directly relate to your needs and situation. My services are informed by the latest scientific research conducted by myself and other researchers. As for style, my workshops are energizing, interactive, playful, and enjoyable. Also, participants get specific, simple tools that they can use immediately.

If you are a business organization, the science of mindfulness, strengths, and well-being can foster employee vitality, engagement, and meaning while simultaneously raising productivity (and the bottom line). Whether you desire a small management workshop or a large scale training, the overall performance of your organization and the satisfaction of each person can be enhanced.

Speaking Engagements

I regularly give talks and keynote addresses around the globe to business executives, schools, parents, retirees, scholars, and health professionals such as therapists and life coaches. Everything is grounded in science. Here is a sampler of topics and workshops that I offer:
